In anticipation of assembling home art kits for the K-4th grade girls I'd be teaching remotely, I was practicing with different art supplies at home. I used a Pilot Varsity pen and a waterbrush to whip off a quick sketch of what I was looking at, which--of course--was my television. Now, more than 900 TV drawings later I'm unable to watch anything without reaching for my supplies. In the beginning, the shows and characters stayed inside the television but eventually they joined me in my living room (or bedroom, or hotel room, airline cabin...).
